Time Paradox
I've created a time paradox by shooting Ocelot in the face. This was done on The HD Collection of mgs3.
Ocelot
Just shoot him. That's basically it. You can also shoot a beehive which will give you a nice advantage.
The Pain
Throw grenades to get the hornets off of him and just shoot him.
The Fear Stamina Kill
Stamina kill is a little bit easier for me because you can shoot throw poisonous or rotten food at him which will help you.
Cheap way of defeating The Fear
Use the fake death pill and wait for him to turn around. Throw a stun grenade and then use a machine gun to lower his stamina quickly.
The End
Make sure you have the SVD Sniper. If you don't have it by now, I show you how to get it. Also make sure you equip the Microphone, AP Sensor, and Thermal Goggles.
Ladder Climb
A 2 minute long ladder climb that plays the song "Snake Eater" on the way up.
The Fury
You could equip the Night Vision Goggles until there is too much fire to see anything. Go to a hallway and stay there with the SVD to make it easier.
The Sorrow
Depending on how many people you have killed, they will be there when you get to this part. Try to avoid them and make it to the end of the lake.
Volgin
He's not that hard. Just get behind him and blast him with the M37 shot gun.
Shagohod
In the first part, shoot the treads with the rocket launcher to disable him then shoot the Shagohod itself from behind. You could shoot it from the sides if you aim for the very top. On the second part, shoot the treads and while he is not chasing you, snipe him. Aim for the head if you can.
The Boss
She can be hard, but if you listen for Snakes grunt, that's your chance to jam the cqc button and throw her down.
Ocelot Unit (Non-Lethal)
If you are having a hard time with this part, just follow what I did. There's not much to it.
The Fury (Non-Lethal)
A little bit harder than shooting him in the hallway if but if you are patient, you can do it.
Volgin (Non-Lethal)
If you are not familiar with CQC, then you can just use the Mk22.
